I’m Razia Mohamed – a mother, entrepreneur, speaker and author.
For over 18 years, I’ve worked in personal development and coaching, helping people understand the beliefs and patterns shaping their lives—and find the freedom to choose differently.
I don’t teach people how to become someone else. I help them understand who they became, what still serves them, and who they want to become next.
Being the fixer—the person who takes responsibility and wants to make a difference—is part of my own story.
I know how easily caring for others can become a role you struggle to step outside of. How being strong can make it difficult to acknowledge your own needs. And how helping can become tangled up with proving your worth.
My work is not separate from those questions. I’ve had to question myself and rewrite parts of my own narrative, too.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand that caring deeply does not mean you can save everyone. You cannot make someone ready for change. You can create space for understanding, offer support and challenge—but their choices must remain their own.
That belief shapes the way I work today. I don’t want people dependent on me. I want them to leave with greater trust in themselves.
My experience spans individual coaching, group facilitation, corporate work, authorship and addiction recovery.
I work with people navigating relationships, identity, confidence, career changes and the demands of personal and professional life. I also facilitate conversations with teams around emotional intelligence, communication and healthier ways of relating.
We begin with where you are—not where someone else thinks you should be. From there, we explore the patterns influencing your choices and what you want to do differently.
Depending on the individual and the focus of our work, I draw on coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), somatic practices, TRE and energy alignment.
Recognise the beliefs, reactions and roles you keep returning to.
Explore what you learned and whether it still serves your life today.
Translate awareness into different boundaries, conversations, decisions and actions.
You may be successful and still feel unfulfilled. You may understand your patterns intellectually, yet find yourself repeating them.
Perhaps you are:
The strong one, tired of always having to be strong.
The caretaker or peacemaker, unsure where your needs belong.
Navigating a change in your relationships, career or sense of identity.
Ready for something different, but uncertain where to begin.
